隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)從疫情中穩(wěn)健復(fù)蘇,愛(ài)點(diǎn)擊兩大核心業(yè)務(wù)“在線營(yíng)銷解決方案”與“企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營(yíng)解決方案”在2020年第三季度收入均達(dá)歷史新高,拉動(dòng)公司第三季度收入達(dá)到6,891萬(wàn)美元,同比增長(zhǎng)27%。“企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營(yíng)解決方案”實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)四個(gè)季度的強(qiáng)勁季度增長(zhǎng),并在三季度收入達(dá)到878萬(wàn)美元,同比增長(zhǎng)236%,主要得益于市場(chǎng)對(duì)線上線下消費(fèi)者行為數(shù)據(jù)整合需求的增長(zhǎng)。“在線營(yíng)銷解決方案”在三季度穩(wěn)步增長(zhǎng),收入達(dá)6,012萬(wàn)美元,同比增長(zhǎng)17%,主要得益于客戶對(duì)營(yíng)銷需求的不斷攀升。
在集團(tuán)利潤(rùn)方面,2020年第三季度毛利潤(rùn)為2,012萬(wàn)美元,同比增長(zhǎng)48%,主要得益于“在線營(yíng)銷解決方案”業(yè)務(wù)的持續(xù)擴(kuò)張,以及毛利率相對(duì)較高的“企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營(yíng)解決方案”業(yè)務(wù)的貢獻(xiàn)不斷提高。此外,根據(jù)非美國(guó)通用會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則調(diào)整后EBITDA,在三季度達(dá)到470萬(wàn)美元,同比增長(zhǎng)225%,主要得益于毛利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)656萬(wàn)美元。
2020年第三季度調(diào)整后凈利為242萬(wàn)美元,相比去年同期為調(diào)整后凈虧損52萬(wàn)美元有大幅增長(zhǎng),這也是愛(ài)點(diǎn)擊連續(xù)第四個(gè)季度實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)整后凈利。

股票回購(gòu)計(jì)劃
